Sun Granola In The Raw

This is a mixture I will leave to your own creative juices. I mix mine up going by my inner knowing and eat right for my blood type. This is a great snack that will energize you and curb your hunger, I have gone all day with only nibbling on this and not ever getting hungry.


  • Raw rye flakes (like oats)
  • Raw barely flakes
  • Raw spelt flakes
  • Raw walnuts
  • Raw pecans
  • Sunflower seeds or Sesame seeds or both
  • Sun dried Cherries
  • 1 Tablespoon of Black Strap Molasses (or you can use maple syrup)
Mix it all together except the molasses. Than gradually add the molasses stiring it in and mixing it up. Adding more or less of the molasses depending on the amount of flakes, nuts, seeds and dried fruit you have mixed up. Than spread it all out evenly in a glass dish and cover with a fine screen and sit in direct sun light for 4 to 6 hours. Chill if you desire it to be harder. Divide it up in any portions you desire and enjoy.

GATOR SALAD

Ingredients:

8 medium Tators, (Potatoes) scrubbed
3 or 4 Green Onions, sliced
1 Cucumber, diced
1/2 cup chopped Celery (optional)
1/2 cup sliced pitted Black Olives (optional)
fresh chopped Dill

Add a Splash of Cyanne Pepper,Paprika, Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Tofu Mayonnaise (*recipe below)

Directions:
Steam potatoes until just done, about 20 minutes. Cool. When cool, dice in small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients leaving all skins on cucumber and tators (ONLY IF ORGANIC GARDEN FRESH).
Than Add a Splash of Cyanne Pepper, Paprika, Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste. Add enough tofu mayonnaise to make a creamy dressing over the vegetables.
Make this salad early in the day to allow the flavors of the vegetables and dressing blend and leave it chillin in the frig for a afternoon chomping delight.


*Tofu Mayonnaise:
Blend 1 package firm tofu (1 pound regular) with the juice of 1 lemon*, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste), and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional). Blend until very smooth. Very slowly add 1/4 cup or less peanut oil (Olive or your favorite cold pressed oil) while the blender is still running. *1 or 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar may be added with the lemon juice for a tangier dressing. Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dressing.

ZUCCHINI ROLLS

Ingredients:

Squash or zucchini
lemon
olive oil
garlic
basil
oregano


Mix lemon, oil and spices together. Slice lengthwise, into flat thin
"bacon" strips. Marinate squash in lemon oil. Dehydrate. roll with
arrugula. Pin roll with toothpick.

RAW MUSHROOM PIZZA

Ingredients:

1 Portabella mushroom
1 tomato
1 lemon, juiced
tahini butter


Stem and clean mushroom cap. Then turn cap upside down like a plate. Squeeze lemon juice over cap. Next, put tahini butter spread over the cap. Slice the tomato and place slices over the spread. Enjoy! (If you want, you can add avocado slices, olives or anything else that you might like.)

FROZEN BEAR

This is a simple recipe that will leave you chillin in the hot months or those of us who can’t live with out our Chocolate Ice Cream.

Ingredients:

1 ¾ cups of Almond "Whipped Cream" (see recipe below)
2 Cups of Chocolate Soy Milk (Silk is the best)
½ Cup of Strawberries or Rasberries (4 to 6 whole medium size)


Place almond whipped cream in Blender and blend. Then pour in chocolate milk and blend mixing it good then add the strawberries Pulse, Ice crush, blend and mix until smooth.
Pour in a freezing container with lid and freeze over night. You will never want to buy your Ice Cream again.

Almond Or Cashew "Whipped Cream"

1 cup almonds or cashews
¾ cup water
1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla (optional)


For the smoothest consistency, use cashews or peeled almonds. Because of their alkaline nature, almonds help keep your blood at a neutral Ph. And if you buy them raw, they'll germinate when you soak them. Note for raw friends: Cashews are heated after being picked, even those labeled "raw".
Soak 1 cup of almonds or cashews in 2 cups of water. If you're in a very warm climate, soak them in your refrigerator. After 8-12 hours, discard the soaking water and rinse the nuts. In a blender, place the nuts and enough fresh water to allow the blender to operate. Blend, gradually adding enough water to achieve a smooth consistency. Yields 1 ½ - 1 ¾ cups.

MYSTICAL SHAKE

I drink this to help sooth the tummy and help in digestion, Drink alone before bed or when you first awaken.

Ingredients:

6 Whole Rasberries Or Strawberries
6 0z Organic Soy Milk
1 Banana
2 TBs Organic Plain Yoguart (optional)


Place all ingredients in blender. Blend untill creamy and mixed, drink up and enjoy.
This can be a meal all on its own.

OR Do It Your Way

1/3 Cup or a Small Handful Fresh/Frozen Fruit Or Berries
6 oz (for 8 oz glass) Organic Almond Milk (Or Soy, Oat ??)
2 TBS Organic Yoguart (Can Subsitute Yoguart for Acidalopholis)
1 Banana (Omit If you want it thinner)


NOTE: Its good to stay with only one choice of berries.
