Sun Granola In The Raw
This is a mixture I will leave to your own creative juices. I mix mine up going by my inner knowing and eat right for my blood type. This is a great snack that will energize you and curb your hunger, I have gone all day with only nibbling on this and not ever getting hungry.
- Raw rye flakes (like oats)
- Raw barely flakes
- Raw spelt flakes
- Raw walnuts
- Raw pecans
- Sunflower seeds or Sesame seeds or both
- Sun dried Cherries
- 1 Tablespoon of Black Strap Molasses (or you can use maple syrup)
